Shipping:
Shipping cost will be calculated at the end of your order. You will be given the option to complete or cancel your order at this time. Your order will be processed within one business day of cleared payment. You will be notified when your order ships. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We use USPS and UPS for shipping purposes.

Refund Policies:
Because of the nature of our items, we have a "no refund, no exchange" policy with the exception of defective goods. If a problem does arise, please contact us. We want you to be happy you purchased your item through us.
*DVD's are non-returnable, non-refundable. DVD's will be redone if defective.
